Catherine joined Grey London in August 2012. A Design graduate from Bournemouth Arts University, she has specialised in recruiting into advertising and creative industries, both in-house and recruitment agency-side, for more than ten years.

At Grey London, she is responsible for direct hiring, talent attraction and headhunting of permanent and freelance staff across the agency, as well as helping with recruitment for GreyPOSSIBLE and GreyShopper.

She also takes responsibility of Grey London's entry level talent programs including our Graduate, Apprenticeship and Internship schemes which form Blueprint. As part of this, she also runs our entry level training academy and leads the agency's diversity initiatives.
